How long each kind of record sticks around before the nightly retention job purges it. Choose between 30 and 3650 days. Audit and signed export retention also feeds your compliance posture — coordinate with your DPO before lowering them.

Conversations older than 365 days are purged on the next retention run.

Audit-log entries older than 730 days are purged on the next retention run.

Signed export archives older than 90 days are deleted from object storage.

Daily warehouse Parquet rows older than 180 days are removed from the source view.
